Perth band, Razorlily are preparing for a lenghty hiatus as bass player, Cameron Burns, plans to leaves for employment opportunities in Melbourne this August. After almost 3 years in the Perth local scene, an E.P, an album, a national tour, Festival gigs, "insane down south runs", and a video (recently played on the Music Jungle) amongst other achievements, the band now believes, according to Kate Andrews that, "It's time some reflection as to what we wish to do". Hoping to give Burns a killer send-off, Razorlily has scheduled two major gigs that will happen during August. The band will be debuting new tunes from their upcoming new album, which is a follow up to their Roaring Trade debut. The first show is scheduled for Friday, August 03, at The Rosemount - this particular gig to set to be recorded live. The second show will be at the Swan Basement on Sunday, August 12. Razorlily hope to see YOU there to make it memorable... For more info on Razorlily and all of their upcoming shows and releases, hit the link below to go to their MySpace.com Music Page.
